About My Chosen Bliss 

 

Well-being isn’t a straight path; it’s a journey of aligning with yourself over and over again.

Hi, I’m Kylie. I didn’t start My Chosen Bliss because I had it all figured out. I started it because I lived through the confusion, disconnection, and pressure that so many women silently carry.

 

My journey into this work started in the messiest parts of life, with chronic health struggles, emotional exhaustion, toxic relationships, and the frustration of trying to “fix” myself with one-size-fits-all approaches. I was constantly overextending myself, chasing wellness trends, trying to meet everyone else’s expectations, and ignoring the quiet signals my body was sending me.

 

I felt emotionally shut down, spiritually lost, and unsure how to care for myself in a way that actually felt nourishing. Eventually, life gave me no choice but to slow down. In many ways, my reality crumbled before my eyes. What followed was a gradual, layered process of reconnecting with my body, untangling emotional patterns, building a more sustainable relationship with myself, adopting a growth mindset, and letting go of what no longer served me. 

It was messy. It was powerful. And it completely changed my life.

A Personal Note From MCB's Founder Kylie Turner

That experience became my fuel. I returned to school, earned multiple certifications, and deepened my understanding of both the science and spirit of healing. I've spent years exploring how to bridge the gaps between holistic and conventional medicine, psychology, and energy work in my personal life.        

 

That journey lit a fire in me to help others do the same. Today, I guide others on their path to well-being: not toward perfection, but towards alignment—towards clarity, care, and conscious living.

My Background & Credentials:

  • Certified Holistic Health Coach

  • Certified Nutrition Coach

  • Degree in Health Sciences

  • Multiple years assistant teaching college Human Biological Sciences 

  • Research assistant in a Reproductive Neuroendocrinology lab   

  • Experience supporting individuals with chronic stress, chronic disease, fear blocks, belief barriers, misalignment, and lifestyle-related challenges

  • Energy work and intuitive practice 

My approach is both grounded and soulful — blending structured wellness tools like nutrition, movement, and stress management with intuitive practices that support emotional healing, self-trust, and empowerment.

Why I Created This Space

I created My Chosen Bliss as the kind of space I once needed. One that welcomes your whole self, honors your lived experience, and makes room for growth that doesn’t just follow a checklist.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it feels like to crave change, but not know where to start. I know how overwhelming it can be to sift through conflicting advice and try to fix everything at once. I also know how transformational it is to be supported, seen, and reminded that you already hold so much wisdom within.

My Approach to Wellness

 

I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid protocols.


I believe in creating space to feel, reflect, realign, and gently take action.

As a wellness coach, I guide women through personalized journeys of self-discovery and growth. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-informed practices, such as the COACH approach, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.

Whether we’re working on habits, mindset, emotions, energy, or life patterns, my goal is always the same: to help you return to yourself with more clarity, confidence, and care.

If you're curious to know more about who I am, here's a little peek into my life outside of coaching! 

  • I’m currently working on a degree in integrative health and lifestyle medicine

  • I love learning, and I am currently fascinated by herbal medicine, physiology, public health, nutrition and spiritual topics including astrology, consciousness, and energetics.  

  • I’m a big fan of daily self-care. Some of my favorite practices are journaling, movement, nutrition, breath work, meditation, and spending time outdoors.

  • My current favorite hobbies are creating herbal products, painting, gardening, and baking.

  • I thrive with authentic deep connections

  • The people in my life say I help them feel seen, safe, and more like themselves.
